Director of Store Operations
- Creates and filters all communications and initiatives to the stores’ organization. Develops and executes internal communication strategies that support Company’s business objectives
- Updates store procedures to best serve the needs of the stores, the company and its customers.
- Anticipates stores’ communication needs. Find creative, quality, timely, relevant and simple solutions to serve them well. Support merchandising, marketing and operational ‘launches’ with high quality information and materials.
- Plan and execute key national store meetings and conferences.
- Drive key store recognition and reinforcement programs.
